This respected chain of dental offices has rapidly become the provider of choice for patients in over 240 locations across the nation. One of the secrets to Aspen’s success may be its patient-centered focus on high quality, comprehensive and affordable dental care in a state-of-the-art team environment. Read on for more info about what to expect as a patient and about what plans are accepted.
What Makes Aspen Dental Different?
According to Aspen Dental, the patient comes first. From the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves, the entire team understands the importance of comprehensive oral healthcare. Complete care means attention not only to sudden emergencies, but also to the preventative measures that can be taken to preserve and enhance the well-being of your teeth and gums.
To this end, you will receive a comprehensive examination when you first become an Aspen patient. This includes a thorough evaluation and diagnosis of the state of your oral health, discussion of the treatments needed and an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete them.
You don’t have to look any further than Aspen to receive both the routine and complex treatment you need. Aspen even has specialists on staff who can treat you if your oral situation warrants their expertise.

Is Medicare Accepted at Aspen Dental?
These offices aim to make services affordable for seniors while providing those without teeth with high quality dentures. If you are a senior who becomes an Aspen Dental patient, you will receive a 10% discount. Frequently, patients ask if Aspen also accepts Medicare to help cover the cost of dental services.
Because Medicare is not considered to be an actual dental insurance plan, Aspen does not accept it. In fact, Medicare can never be used to cover routine care or procedures such as crowns, bridges or dentures except in very restricted instances no matter what dentist you see.
Other Coverage Options
Although Medicare is not an option at Aspen, patients need not feel abandoned. Aspen Dental offers flexible payment options that can help to ensure that even patients of limited means can receive the dental care they need.
The dental savings plan has become a very popular and money-saving option for many of Aspen’s patients. This plan cuts patient costs by negotiating with dentists to reduce their rates. As a result, substantial savings 15-60% is now available to all patients, who can begin receiving services from Aspen Dental immediately, with no worries about waiting periods for more complex procedures.
Combine the “patient first” philosophy of Aspen with the savings through a dental discount plan such as the Careington 500 Series, and you will have a winning combination of quality, affordable dental care.
Do you do dental implants? Or, can you implant dentures into gums?
Cost for procedure please. My daughter is low income and has no teeth at all except I’ll-fitting dentures.
I was not told when I came in to have new dentures made that you don’t take Medicare. Had I known that I would have went somewhere else that does because I need to get a check up and cleaned. I will let everyone I know that if you are planning on getting new dentures and are getting ready to sign up for Medicare and Medicaid don’t go where I got mine. Very disappointed!
Not accepting Medicare is pure Racism and bigotry. Most people of color in this area are poor and have Medicare. You people should be ashamed.
Do you accept United healthcare
