1Dental is run by Qualbe Marketing Group, which has won many awards for its unique company culture. Here is a representation of some of the things that set our culture apart: playing pickleball, eating ice cream at every possible occasion, recognizing employees with “Rock Star” cards, finding time-saving improvements through our “Dos Secquis” competition (inspired by the book 2 Second Lean by Paul Akers), competing in our Fitness Challenge, learning in our Book War and brainstorming new ideas for company improvements through our Idea Monkey Contest.

Company Holidays

We love celebrating holidays as a company. Here is a representation of some of those holidays: 4th of July, birthdays (we always leave birthday banners and gifts at employee desks), Christmas, and finally Careington Appreciation Day, which usually involves some delicious BBQ!

Best Family Costume

We love seeing families come up to our office. The kids got to trick or treat around the office today and pose for family costume photos! We also have several families and couples working at the company together, which is a lot of fun.
